The Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians used a strong pitching and offensive performance Wednesday to win a rescheduled game at North Knox (Indiana) 7-0. The Lady Indians scored 7 runs on 10 hits and made only 1 error while the Lady Warriors were shutout on 2 hits and made 5 errors. Alyssa Griggs had 3 hits and RBI and Addeline Sanders 3 hits and 2 RBI on the day. Allie Evans went the distance in the circle, allowing no runs on 2 hits with 6 strikeouts and 5 walks. The win snaps a six game losing skid and brings the Lady Indians to 8-10 on the season. They return home Thursday to host Paris in Little Illini Conference play at 4:30 p.m.
